Height:
Enter your height to the nearest 0.25 inch otherwise it will be automatically rounded to the nearest 0.25 inch
Weight:
Enter your weight to the nearest pound otherwise it will be automatically rounded to the nearest pound.
Neck Measurement:
Measure just below level of the larynx (Adam's apple) to the nearest 0.25 inch otherwise it will be automatically rounded to the nearest 0.25 inch.
Abdomen Measurement:
Measure at the level of the umbilicus (belly button) to the nearest 0.25 inch otherwise it will be automatically rounded to the nearest 0.25 inch.
Wrist Measurement:
Measure your wrist at the space between your dominant hand and your wrist bone, at the location where your wrist bends. Mesasure to the nearest 0.25 inch otherwise it will be automatically rounded to the nearest 0.25 inch.

Hip Measurement:

Abdomen Measurement:
Measure at the level of the umbilicus (belly button) to the nearest 0.25 inch otherwise it will be automatically rounded to the nearest 0.25 inch.
Forearm Measurement:
Measure at its largest point (with arm horizontal, palm up) to the nearest 0.25 inch otherwise it will be automatically rounded to the nearest 0.25 inch.
Neck Measurement:
Measure just below level of the larynx (Adam's apple) to the nearest 0.25 inch otherwise it will be automatically rounded to the nearest 0.25 inch.
Wrist Measurement:
